I have been a poet for decades and have written, lost, written, recovered, and written some more of my poems. I once had a book self-published when Cafepress offered book publishing, full of hundreds of pieces, but over the years, they have been lost. I wrote some more after that, through hard drive failures and computer malfunctions, I lost them or published them online and no longer have the website.

Then when my horror anthology was published, between each short story, there was a poem written, via social media, I have written and shared poems. Herein, I will share some of my poems with all of you dear readers…

I

Tired eyes

Cries unheard

Free

Hope

The eyes of darkness

The last warrior

But who cares?

The road to hell
