I’ve been involved in Martial Arts since I was ten years of age and after a major flare-up of my Ankylosing Spondylitis and being bed-ridden for three months, I’d nearly given up hope that I’d continue. Then one morning I woke up and my back felt better than ever and I’m back on my game… so, to commemorate that and to write on this lifelong journey, I have created this section of my website.
